About BCTLABS
We live in a world that is changing more rapidly than ever before. Children will face a continual stream of new issues and challenges in the future. Things that they learn today will be obsolete tomorrow. To thrive, they must learn to design innovative solutions. Their success and satisfaction will be based on their ability to think and act creatively. Knowledge alone is not enough, they must learn to use their knowledge.
BCTLABS is an environment to experiment with new technologies and concepts in fun & hands-on learning.
Our curriculum is meticulously designed for each grade and various education boards (MATRIC, CBSE, ICSE & IB). At BCTLABS, each child is seen as future's innovator and is nurtured accordingly.
BCTLABS provides a project based, hands-on learning solution, providing teachers with the necessary tools to implement hands-on project-based learning of key STEM concepts. The project’s challenges are based on the “Learning by Doing” methodology, encouraging students to develop problem solving, decision making and scientific inquiry skills and comprehend abstract concepts in a play way method. It allows them to investigate, plan, test and implement their ideas thus focusing on application of the STEM concepts and themes.

Mr. Devaraj Natrajan
Founder cum Director
With passion of ‘creating young minds’ Devaraj is graduated in BE (CSC). He Has over 4 years of experience as a STEM Educator and the Technical Director of BCTLABS STEM Academy. He leads various projects in chains of schools & colleges. He Has excelled in the areas diverse as LEGO Education, Arduino, IoT, Robotics, etc. And authored more than 8 books on STEM education for the matric ICSC/ISC/CBSC schools.

Founder cum Director– With passion of ‘Making our younger generation to Lead the Future’ Devaraj is graduated in BE (ECE). He has five years of experience in the STEM education & involved in many STEM Related Activities in India, he has conducted many Robotic Expo around India and received young scientist award in the year 2014.

Executive Director– With passion of ‘Exploring new technologies’ Anbazhagan is graduated in BE. He Has over 4 years of experience as a STEM Educator and the Director of BCTLABS STEM Academy. Expert in the field of Mechanical and 3D designing. He has been constantly working with reputed institutions like Siemens Center of Excellence in Manufacturing, NIT, Trichy for the development of the hands-on learning and been mentoring more than 20 schools and colleges in 3D printing, 3D Modelling and Designing, Etc.

CEO (Chief Executive Officer)– With passion ‘to inspire and educate young girls and boys to learn to code and develop real-world solutions for real-world challenges.’ Divya is graduated in BE (ECE). She Has over 5 years of experience as a STEM Educator and the Technical Coordinator of BCTLABS STEM Academy. She as trained over 4000 Students on the STEM Education and Constantly working on the emerging technologies such as iot, 3D Printing, AI, Game designing and App development.
